They are very good about fair auto repair prices and they work hard to get what you need done. Although I had some problems with my vehicle still after the 1st visit they made it right and took care of it free the 2nd time.
Wont use anybody elses parts. This must be so they rape you with their jacked up price on top of their labor cost. Will never do business with them again or recommend them.
Storage fee is $30 a day, I got in a wreck on the 8th of this month and I accidentally allowed the tow truck driver to take my truck from Garrett all the way up to Butler and I didn't know that they were charging $30 a day for storage. I find that to be rather High especially when you have a rather disabled vehicle. I can understand $20 a day $25 a day even but still
They were supposed to be out to help us by 6:45 am it's a quarter till 9 am. My 75 year old father in law is with me. I called around 8 to see what was going on and I got excuses and rudeness. Good thing the insurance company is paying the bill.
The guy got to my house and didn't even offer to help me push my vehicle to where he could get a good grab on it with his cable. I am by no means helpless but I also had a one year old with me. After an hour of him playing on his phone he left without even saying anything to me!!! I will never use them again!! Avilla motors saved the day for me!!!
